I was skeptical at first about everything to do with the purchase of the house as you see so many horror stories (you never actually see those that have gone well on TV!).
From sourcing the property, to meeting the agents, solicitors and the money transfer advice it did simplify the whole process as like with many of these things you have no clue initially as to how to start the ball rolling and have any structure as to what to do next.
It took 6 weeks in total from flying out to view to getting the keys and this included us having a survey on the property which added an extra 2 weeks to the process
