For more than 10 years, I dreamed about a small holiday home in Spain. When eventually the opportunity arose I contacted several companies with the intention of flying to Spain and viewing properties. Luckily for me I had contacted 'ES Property for sale in Spain' and it very quickly became clear that Emma in the UK office took a genuine interest in my requirements. Following a meaningful discussion, Emma took the time to fully understand my needs and requirements. With her extensive knowledge of the areas of Spain that I was looking at to purchase, she was able to advise me of several properties I might be interested in. She was also able to advise and support me with the complexities when purchasing a property in Spain.

I arranged to rent a bungalow and flew to Alicante, meanwhile Emma arranged for Ian to meet me the following day. From the feedback Emma had given to Ian, he was able to establish a more detailed picture of my requirements. On the first day Ian simply took me around the areas I had requested to view. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering any questions I had. Nothing was too much trouble. He also took time to question me in depth about my needs, requirements and aspirations for the property. Armed with all the information Emma and I had given him he then drew up a short list of 5 properties that he took me to on day two. All of the properties were suitable and I could have bought any of them. But he saved the best for last. I requested a second viewing for a couple of days later but deep down I already knew this was exactly what I had been dreaming of. It ticked every box and it was clear both Emma and Ian had been listening to my requirements.

My offer was accepted and Ian sat down with me and explained the next steps and how the purchase would proceed. At each stage he was available to me and was very supportive throughout. Both Emma and Ian have made the process simple for me and have always been available and supportive. This has continued after the purchase and they are still very supportive with any other questions I have. I cant thank them enough for their help and support and would certainly recommend anyone thinking about purchasing in Spain to talk to them.
