Los Alcazares Property For Sale, found, purchased and completed in 6 weeks!

Carol contacted our our UK office after seeing our great selection of properties for sale in Los Alcazares, a lovely town on the Mar Menor. We sent over more properties for sale on the various popular urbanisations including Residencial Albatros, Playa II & III in Los Alcazares but the minute they viewed El Divino they fell in love with the communal areas/pools and of course the lovely townhouse property they now own. It was a pleasure from start to end helping them find their dream place in the sun! Here is what they had to say:

We want to start by thanking Emma in the local Manchester office for all her helping in finding our lovely apartment in Los Alcazares. After looking at 7 properties on different developments we knew El Divino was perfect for us and we couldn’t be happier with our lovely townhouse. When we got back to the UK Emma was straight on the phone to offer support and help getting the best currency exchange. We had worried buying a property in a foreign country might be really stressful but far from it, it has been stress free and straight forward. We are so excited to be owners of our very own place in our favourite Los Alcazares!
