'We contacted ES Property in January 2020, to arrange a property viewing. Emma got back to us swiftly and introduced herself, she seemed very friendly and helpful... We had arranged to travel to Alicante a few weeks later. We were particularly interested in the Villamartín area.  We felt totally confident about our trip having  been well advised and informed by Emma that everything was set up for our viewings.

Because our sale completed during Covid we had to use a power of attorney. Paul and Danielle held onto the keys of the property until is was safe for us to return to Spain.
