'Once we made the decision to purchase a property in Spain we contacted Emma and the team at ES Property For Sale In Spain who were absolutely fantastic. Within hours not even days Emma sent us properties within our preferred area which was quite specific as my Dad lived in our chosen area.

We then chose our three preferred properties and Emma arranged everything from that point onwards. As my dad lived in Spain he was able to accommodate a actual viewing whilst we looked remotely through FaceTiming. Even throughout the viewing we received a first class service with my elderly Dad being picked up by the team in Spain and driving to each property ringing us at each property.

We were really lucky that we found a property that we loved within Emma’s choices and made an offer that day which was accepted within hours.

Once the offer was accepted Emma sorted everything out from our money broker, and solicitors to helping us understand the process.

The whole process took about 3 months but each and every step we were supported by Emma who was available anytime day or night, 7 days a week, able to answer all of our questions even if she didn’t know something straight away she always came back to us as soon as possible.

We recently completed on our property and are over the moon with our purchase. Even then once we had completed and had a few questions Emma helped us with everything she could.
